Working closely with the Head of Engineering you will collaborate with Production, Engineering and other support functions onsite, lead and develop a Maintenance Team of 20 and play a key role in all manufacturing and support equipment and processes which are critical to the production of our products. Ensure root cause of equipment issues are identified and effective solutions implemented in a timely manner. Support the introduction of new equipment and processes and contribute to the development of same. Organise and manage planned and unplanned maintenance of services, plant and equipment. Ensure preventative maintenance routines are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard to ensure Safety, Quality and Performance standards are met. Provide support during internal and external audits. Manage spend to meet budget constraints.
