Role Overview:
Connected Care is central to our business strategy in helping us become the world's most customer-centric Healthcare Company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Health Services Connected Care strategy across business units, enabling retention and growth which is aligned to the overall strategic vision.
You will work closely with the Connected Care Director and be an ambassador on behalf of Health Services for the Connected Care purpose and strategy.
Supported by Connected Care Consultants, together you will drive a strong performance culture, focusing on ethical behaviour, clear accountability, good conduct, and treating customers fairly in order to drive the delivery of our Connected Care ambition.
What you’ll do:
* Support the Health Services Leadership teams to assess, develop and deliver Connected Care development opportunities that align with the funding businesses priorities.
* Articulate and bring the Connected Care vision to life as well as how it is broken down to iteratively get there in an Agile way, working in between the Health Services Leadership Teams and delivery squads.
* Manage delivery of multiple, simultaneous business change activities using a recognised, sound development approach to ensure that objectives are met within timescales and budget.
* Work collaboratively with third parties and partners to deliver Connected Care.
* Ensure effective engagement of teams to optimise the successful implementation of change activity, developing strong relationships and networks.
* Work collaboratively with and support Product and Proposition, Clinical, Operations, Digital and Commercial leaders and their respective teams to deliver the changing operating environment required for transformational growth.
* Lead groups and projects to review the current pathways and services to generate ideas for new development to meet customers' needs and achieve Bupa’s commercial goals.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven track record in managing products and propositions and successfully delivering these to customers and specific markets.
* Experience of managing products in a regulatory environment.
* Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills with the ability to manage complex and multiple change initiatives and timelines in a timely manner.
* Strong leadership style that promotes creative thinking, empowerment and has the ability to build, lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Ability to influence and manage key stakeholders both internal and external.
* Experienced in developing and designing new strategies and interpreting these into operational plans to achieve sales and maximise business opportunities.
* Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
