Our client, a rapidly growing Elite ServiceNow Partner, is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations.
They are the Go to for GRC/IRM/SecOps implementations across the UK & EU supporting numerous medium to enterprise clients within the Financial Services & Public Sector industries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to align with client objectives and ServiceNow capabilities.
* Coordinate project activities, track progress, and adapt plans to ensure successful delivery while overseeing risk and change management.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
* Lead and manage diverse teams, including client, vendor, and internal stakeholders, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with Statements of Work (SOW) and manage change order processes.
* Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and client satisfaction.
* Continuously assess and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
* Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
What they are looking for:
* Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on Agile delivery and ServiceNow implementations.
* Certified SCRUM Master, with additional qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP preferred.
* Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions, ideally with CSA certification and familiarity with the Now Create methodology.
* Understanding of ServiceNow GRC/IRM/SecOps module implementations
* Fluency in both English and Dutch, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
* Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to project delivery and risk management.
