We're looking for the next Branch Manager to lead the teams at our Culverden and Amberley stores.
Your key focus will be:
* Leading a high-performing team, helping them achieve results and fostering a great culture.
* Developing strong relationships with our shareholders.
* Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement.
* Managing budgets, P&L and financials.
* Continuing to build a strong community environment within the store.
* Taking responsibility for achieving personal and team-based results.
* Jumping on the floor and helping serve customers when needed.
Mōhou ake | About you
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of leading successful teams, ideally in the retail environment. You will be highly organised with a strong focus on sales processes.
You will also have:
* The ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business.
* Sound knowledge of rural products and services in general.
* Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers.
* Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology.
* A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and help when necessary.
