Income Reconciliation Coordinator

Description
As Income Reconciliation Coordinator, you will join our dynamic and growing Finance team to support revenue reconciliation. You will have an excellent eye for detail, with the ability to identify and investigate any errors and anomalies within receipts from providers. Using this knowledge, you will develop controls and processes to improve reconciliation procedures.
This role supports home-based or hybrid working, from any of our UK Progeny office locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Uploading provider statements, bank receipts, and reconciling payments on CURO, ensuring it is kept up to date and maintaining accuracy whilst meeting reporting requirements.
2. Identifying and investigating any errors and anomalies within our system, and liaising with providers and planners to ensure any debts are chased and reconciled.
3. Keeping up to date with relevant FCA requirements regarding Compliance, Governance, and Data Protection.
4. Assisting on the novation of clients from acquisitions onto Progeny systems.
5. Producing invoices for clients and providers, following our in-house invoicing process.
6. Assisting with monthly reporting, including month-end and monthly remuneration statements from advisors.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Educated to a high level, at a minimum of Grade C/Grade 4 GCSE level or above in Maths (essential).
2. Good working knowledge of income types within the Financial Services sector (essential).
3. Previous knowledge of income reconciliation (desirable).
4. Previous accounts or financial reporting experience (desirable).
5. A strong understanding of Excel and other Microsoft products (essential).
6. Strong numerate and analytical skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
