About the role We're looking for 2 Onboarding Officers to join our expanding Business Onboarding team to conduct in-depth compliance and financial checks on Mortgage Advisers joining MAB's network. In this role, you will engage with advisers, firms and lead sources throughout the application process to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria, carrying out searches and reference checks. Key responsibilities Liaise with key stakeholders (business owners, regional managers, individual applicants) Conduct internal and external searches on all applicants Evaluate all applications to minimise and manage the risks associated Answer any questions from applicants in a direct and friendly manner Represent our brand with a positive attitude and professional appearance Carry out all necessary referencing for all applicants Execute due diligence activities for all advisers Maintain accurate adviser and business records internally, and with providers, throughout the adviser/business appointment To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in delivering great customer service Relationship building skills Strong attention to detail Tenacity and an inquisitive nature Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines Solution-focused approach to solving problems Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure Please note this is not a Recruitment/HR role, this role sits within our Sales division.
