This role sits within our Aviation business sector that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients.
About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Provide support to the Customer Service Officer by following any operational instructions given.
2. Allocate and record all communication devices issued to Agents.
3. Ensure all communication devices are fully charged and in good operational order.
4. Log all PRM movements and record into the AVTECH system, ensuring each task is time stamped at the time the passenger requests assistance and the IATA category confirmed.
5. Allocate tasks to Agents in an efficient manner to ensure compliance with SLA.
6. Liaise with Airlines/Handling Agents regarding PRMs and flight updates.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
1. Must have Right to Work in the UK.
2. You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employee reference checking.
3. Proficient in computers and IT systems.
4. Good communicator, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with persons at all levels, including those with disabilities, and from all backgrounds.
5. Have a disability confident approach when assisting PRM.
6. Ability to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
