We are looking for a detail orientated, guest focused
reservations agent to join our reservations team. As a Reservations agent you
are a crucial part of our guest's journey, from initial enquiry to guest
departure. You will build relationships with new, existing & regular
guests, ensuring we are consistently creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver
Exceptional Reservations Experience: Maximise sales while
exceeding guest expectations during bookings.
* Align
with Mission and Values: Handle bookings professionally,
reflecting company values.
* Reservation
Handling: Manage reservations and inquiries to ensure quality and
consistency.
* Attention
to Detail: Accurately manage multiple bookings.
* Cancellations
and No-shows: Efficiently process cancellations and non-arrivals.
* Coordinate
with Operations: Update function sheets and event plans for
seamless communication.
* Daily
Arrivals Check: Ensure smooth guest experiences through routine
checks.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Reservation
Agent or Reception experience is desirable.
* Highly
organised, collaborative team player with the ability to multitask and
work on own initiative.
* Computer
literate with IT skills to include Outlook and Excel.
* Professional
and friendly demeanour.
* Flexibility
to work shift and work weekends since the department is open seven days a
week.
What do you get working for us?
* An hourly rate of £11.44 - £13.00, based on experience.
* Working 37.5 hours per week, based on shift patterns, including evening and weekends. Shift patterns are varied, the earliest start is 9am and latest is 8pm.
