Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a General Store Manager for a great store that has delivered excellent results and has an optimistic view of 2025! We are looking for a Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. Must be able to work in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment where you will inspire and lead those around you with a hands-on approach!

Our client is a well-known destination store - as a result, the role of a Store Manager will focus heavily on the in-store experience, customer service, and standards across all sections!
Responsibilities:
1. Driving customer service standards in your store.
2. Driving sales in-store and ensuring site profitability.
3. High levels of visual merchandising.
4. Training, coaching, and developing your team.
5. Maintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
6. Achieving store and company KPI's.
7. Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
