Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Oxfordshire, Oxford Job Duties: Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students with special educational needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans Deliver tailored lessons in various subjects Assess students' progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to learning Required Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Education or Special Education Experience working with students with special educational needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education: Degree in Education or Special Education Experience: Prior experience working with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs Excellent communication skills to work with students, parents, and staff Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in Special Education Working with TP Tutors: Weekly pay Flexible working hours Option for online tutoring £20 - £30 per hour All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
