P.A to Directors - Fully office based We have an exciting role for a PA to provide dedicated administrative and organisational support to the CEO and team of Directors. This includes co-ordinating multiple calendars, appointments, booking travel arrangements, and preparing confidential itineraries for staff across all companies that report into the UK/EU Headquarters. The role demands a high level of organisational skills, confidentiality and professionalism. It will involve handling sensitive information, correspondence, phone calls and emails on behalf of the executive team. The Personal Assistant will coordinate meetings, book meeting venues and act as a first point of contact for VIP visitors working with the Relationship Manager to ensuring seamless delivery of visits and hospitality. This role collaborates closely with other administrative leads, HR and Marketing Director to manage the events calendar and coordinate attendance to events, including travel and tickets for high-profile engagements. A proactive approach is essential to ensure that the executive team operates efficiently, meeting deadlines and responding promptly. The role also is key in supporting the company’s ongoing commitment to reducing environmental impact and enhancing sustainability practices within the business.
