These young people face challenges with mental health, anxiety, trust, and behaviour, making mainstream education inaccessible.
About the Role:
1. Full-time position, supporting pupils across a range of lessons and activities
2. Helping students develop confidence, trust, and engagement in education
3. Working closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support
4. Managing behaviour with patience, understanding, and positivity
