The Role of Business Development Manager – Energy Consulting Services:
The successful Business Development Manager will be tasked with winning new contracts for their industry leading energy consultancy services to a wide variety of businesses and public sector organisations. Their services include partnering with organisations to maximise their energy efficiency and cost reduction and develop a successful and cost-effective pathway to achieving Net Zero goals. They can also provide customers with cutting edge cloud-based energy monitoring software. Leads will be self-generated in tandem with excellent support from an outsourced lead generation company and a highly effective in-house marketing team. Whilst this is a home-based role, it is a national role, so occasional nights away from home will be required. It will be working in a close-knit vibrant team and as such the company is looking for a strong team player, someone enthusiastic with a real drive to progress their career with this fantastic, forward-thinking company.
Minimum Requirements:
For the position of Business Development Manager – Energy Consulting Services, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
1. Must have sold energy solutions B2B
2. Hunter mentality with a consultative sales process
3. Driven, ambitious and money-motivated
4. An interest in renewables and sustainability
5. Driver's licence

1. £50,000 base salary + £36,000 commission, uncapped, paid monthly
