Role: Learning Facilitator
Location: Kettering & Corby Campus - Tresham College

As a Learning Facilitator at our Kettering/Corby Campuses you will play a pivotal role in the success of the students through:
1. Supporting the development of study skills to students with an identified Learning Difficulty and/or Disability.
2. Developing and maintaining resources to support the needs of students with an identified Learning Difficulty and/or Disability.
3. Maintaining relevant documentation in line with College requirements.
About you:
4. Educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) standard
5. GCSE Maths and English (grades A – C) or equivalent
6. Experience of providing support to individuals in an educational or care setting
7. Experience of working with students with a range of learning difficulties and/or disabilities
8. Recent experience of administrative work in an office environment
9. Experience of working with students across a wide age and ability range, and within a variety of vocational contexts
10. Experience of working effectively with people/clients from diverse backgrounds
11. Ability to keep and maintain accurate records
12. Good organisation skills to meet deadlines working on own initiative
