Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen understanding of the property market.
Duties
1. Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
2. Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
3. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
5. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings.
6. Provide administrative support, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support throughout the transaction process.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Experience
1. Proven experience in sales or lettings within the property sector is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interaction with clients.
4. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
5. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record keeping and documentation management.
