We are seeking to appoint a Campus Lead for an incredible creative specialist college in Birmingham. You will lead a team and students in an innovative post 16 study pathway linked with Museums, Galleries, and the wider Cultural sector.

The successful Campus Lead will support the Campus and its growth, championing the Campus and its development while joining a fantastic team of teachers, SENCOs, Learning Support, and wellbeing specialists to work together to support the needs of the young people.
As Campus Lead, you will be responsible for creating a supportive culture, leading and supporting a small team of Teachers and Learning Support, and up to 22 students accessing Art, Design, and Complementary studies at our Specialist Creative College. The Campus Lead is responsible for the day-to-day running combined with the safeguarding and wellbeing of your team and students. As Lead, you will oversee, track, and monitor your students and their holistic progress while nurturing supportive relationships with family and linked professionals. You will manage the learning environment and lead on connecting locally within the creative heritage building partners and in the local community, creating a rich and diverse learning experience.
To be suitable for the role you will be:
1. Have previous experience of leading teams in Education.
2. Be able to work flexibly and build partnerships.
3. Have confidence in leading high-quality, innovative initiatives.
4. Have a background in SEND education.
5. Be passionate and inspiring in leading a team and confident in leading and developing new concepts.
6. Be confident in managing operational HR matters.
7. Have a comprehensive understanding of working with young people attributed to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP).
