In this role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues working on diverse customer briefs. You’ll assist in developing new product concepts and refining existing ones, focusing on quality improvement.

You’ll be joining a supportive and highly skilled team that is committed to helping you develop and grow in your career. They offer comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship to ensure you build a solid foundation in R&D. * Some experience in food manufacturing or laboratory settings would be advantageous
* Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the food development field
This is a site-based, hands-on role with regular office hours (Monday to Friday). You’ll be based at a modern R&D centre, and while most of your work will be on site, there will be occasional visits to customer locations across the UK and EU. A driving licence will be required for these trips.
You’ll also need the permanent right to work in the UK.
