Are you thinking I’m an experienced recruiter but possibly in the wrong market or environment to develop? Are you successful in another B2B business development, sales sector and wish to apply this "drive & ambition" to one of our many vertical markets we work within here at SThree? Well, this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.
You will have the opportunity to build a contract desk, utilise existing client base job roles and relationships while driving new business client development. As part of a successful division, you will help to nurture and grow the vertical market as you see fit. You will have complete freedom to be involved in assisting in the development of new business and driving sales. We’ll offer you amazing training and development and a defined progression path called Velocity.
Please note: This is NOT an entry-level position - We are looking for either recruitment consultants OR individuals with a proven track record in B2B sales looking to transition into this sector. This is NOT a TA Partner, HR, Resourcing, or Inhouse / Onsite Partner opportunity but a full life cycle recruitment consultant opportunity.
