As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Wage: £24,000 a year
Training Course: Crop technician (level 3)
Hours: Monday - Friday / 08:00am - 16:30pm. Very occasional weekend work when required. 38 hours a week

After completion of the apprenticeship, there would be the opportunity for a title change to assistant vineyard manager and the opportunity to go on to become a vineyard manager.
