About the role:
The role is challenging, and my client pride themselves on finding solutions to complex problems.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Accountable for increasing brand recognition and spearheading lead generation efforts.
* Managing relationships between my client and third-party marketing agencies.
* Managing internal resource and project managing supporting departments to assist with marketing efforts.
* Tracking performance and management of brand and lead generation efforts.
* Creating and managing a marketing plan and budget.
* Implement social media management plan including content creation and scheduling.
* Manage branding of company documents both internal and external.
* Manage website updates and blog creation.
* Recruitment and management of marketing assistant.
About you:
* Proven track record of marketing management, with at least two years' experience in a Marketing manager role.
* Business to business marketing experience is essential.
* Experience in any financial services business would be advantageous.
* Strong commercial acumen and business sense.
* A passion for creating and selling innovative solutions.
* Demonstrates ambition and a drive to contribute to business growth.
* Excellent project management and analytical skills.
