Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef, focusing on nutrition and taste
* Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner
* Assist in the creation and execution of diverse, balanced menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of athletes
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
* Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
* Work closely with other kitchen staff, contributing to a positive and productive team atmosphere
Minimum Requirements
* Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role
* Culinary Arts degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
* Proficiency in a range of cooking techniques and styles
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Passion for cooking and a commitment to high culinary standards
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required

* Professional cookery L2 and L3 or equivalent
