About you and the role
1. You will effectively and efficiently work to secure appointments for our Field Sales Consultants in line with corporate targets. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you play a key role in representing CEMA, understanding customer needs and driving new business opportunities.
2. Manage all data and records to effectively achieve the targeted data/appointment conversion as required by the business.
3. Identify opportunities and book appointments for the sales force with an emphasis on high-quality leads, both cold and warm.
4. This is a full-time, permanent position.
5. Working Monday to Friday.
6. This role can be either remote or office-based if you live close to the Market Rasen office.
What we are looking for
1. Min 5 GCSE’s or equivalent.
2. Telesales experience – are you a hunter? Do you have the skills to get past the gatekeeper? This is a must!
3. Experience of CRM systems such as Mondays (advantageous but full training will be given).
4. Motivated and determined to exceed sales targets.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Resilient & able to handle rejection.
