Multi Trader - Social Housing - Van & Fuel Card Provided - Long term temp contract until April 2025

The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to carry out maintenance work in the Social Housing sector.
Main duties include:
1. Versatile Repairs and Maintenance: Skilled in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and painting, performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
2. Customer Service and Documentation: Ensuring high levels of customer care, aiming for first-time fixes, and accurately completing necessary paperwork.
3. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and using personal protective equipment.
Experience Needed:
Social Housing experience,
UK driving license,
Own Tools Needed
What you get:
£20 - £25 Per hour (Experience Dependent)
Company Van & Fuel Card Supplied
Temp to perm offered
