Fast growing service business based in the Altrincham area requires a Finance Administrator for their growing team. Reporting to the Head of Finance responsibilities of the role include Oversee and manage all supplier accounts Processing Purchase and Sales invoices Ensure payments are made on time Bank Reconciliation Handling all aspects of billing Ensure bank transaction postings are kept up to date Provide administrative support and undertaking clerical tasks Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals and check to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct Maintain and review intercompany balances to ensure they are reconciled Undertake any training and professional development as and when required The right person for this role will; Have excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of the MS Office suite, in particular Excel Keen and willing to learn Ability to work within a dynamic team environment This role offers a competitive salary and benefits including study support.
