About the Role:
* Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring they are in pristine condition.
* Mix paints to achieve a precise match, guaranteeing flawless finishes.
* Spray paint vehicles using water-based paints, adhering to industry standards.
* Conduct thorough quality checks to detect any defects or imperfections.
* Oversee the Paint Shop, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
* Extensive hands-on experience in car painting environments.
* Familiarity with water-based paints and their application techniques.
