Service Manager Sprinklers and Fire
Sidcup (Site-based)
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Pension + Health Insurance (Opt-in) + Mobile Phone + iPad + 25 days holiday and bank holidays.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage service contracts valued at up to £2 million, leading a team of engineers in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency in all aspects of their work. This includes managing resources effectively, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a team of engineers to deliver high-quality services to customers.
* Manage service contracts valued at up to £2 million, including coordinating schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role, ideally within the fire and security industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
* Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
