Job title: Scheme Administrator
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Location: Cherry Tree Court, Essington
Hours: 16 hours per week, temporary position
We currently have a great opportunity for Scheme Administrator to join our Care Plus team at Cherry Tree Court in Essington, Wolverhampton on a part-time, temporary basis for 3 months (initially). We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Scheme Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Service Manager, handling customer interactions both in person and over the phone. You will maintain and develop administrative systems related to support, training, recruitment, tenancy management, and financial processes and you will work collaboratively with the Care Plus team to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service that offers value for money.
Skills and experience required:
Holds GCSE English or equivalent through training and / or experience (Essential)
Previous office administration experience
Knowledge and understanding of database systems
Computer literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel
Ability to build constructive working relationships characterized by a high level of acceptance, cooperation, and mutual respect
Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times
A commitment to and understanding of good customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to compose clear and accurate letters and reports
Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Due to the nature of this post, the role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
