Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for Customer Account Manager to join our growing Logistics client in West Berkshire, RG17.
About the Customer Account Manager job:
Responsible for the day to day management of selected customer accounts within a busy logistics environment
Liaise with the warehouse to ensure customer orders and received and on schedule
Control supplies and assist in the ordering of packaging and products for particular accounts
Ensure invoices are raised and issued in time
Provide excellent customer service to all accountsThe successful Customer Account Manager:
Proven experience within a customer account facing position
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively at a range of levels both internally and externally
