About The Role
As the Product Marketing Executive for GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible to support ongoing product range expansion by ensuring the branch network receives improved sales support information and marketing resources. The role will require good basic knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, or relevant experience in a similar role within another sector. You will need to be confident to work directly with the product teams and organised in establishing forward-plans to deliver projects to agreed deadlines.
With our aim to be a flexible employer, this role offers hybrid working. Main Duties
Support Product Range Expansion:
1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. Assist in the development and launch of new products, including positioning, pricing, visual identity and promotional strategies.
3. Collaborate with product teams to create compelling product marketing materials, sales tools and information resources.
4. Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Marketing Campaigns:
5. Work with the branch network nationally or locally to plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to customer needs.
6. Develop promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital content.
7. Coordinate with external agencies for design, printing, copy-writing and distribution of marketing collateral.
8. Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future activities.
Engagement:
9. Organize and manage events such as product demonstrations, training sessions, customer visits and branch activities.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the network, understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing support.
11. Create and manage content for digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
Sales Support:
12. Provide marketing support to the sales team, including the creation of sales presentations, product catalogues, and case studies.
13. Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new products and marketing initiatives.
14. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track product performance and market trends.
Brand Management:
15. Ensure all marketing activities and materials align with the company’s brand guidelines.
16. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
17. Monitor and report on industry news and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
