The Ideal Teaching Assistant Would:
1. Have a genuine passion for working with children with SEN
2. Be driven to improve the education and life chances of children and young people
3. Be able to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
4. Be a positive role model and offer encouragement & promote confidence
5. Assist with planning of activities with the class teacher & SENCO
6. Help with general class teaching assistant duties
