We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly team based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Salary: £24,000- £26,000 DOE
Working hours: Monday Thursday 8:30am 5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am 3:00pm

Purpose of Job
* Provide an excellent first point of contact experience
* Maintain high levels of customer care and relationships
* Answer all calls, emails, customer queries within 48 hours
* Global contact within CST
* Cross functional working across customer service team
* Ad hoc administrative support for the UK Sales team
* Sales Order Processing using our ERP system, Oracle JDE Enterprise One
