What you’ll be doing You’ll work across the wider People team, identifying opportunities for cross collaboration, tailoring initiatives as appropriate. Working in partnership with Senior Leaders within your business area, you’ll coach and influence them on a wide range of people topics and issues. You will work closely with the Senior People Partner and our centres of excellence, getting involved with a whole range of people initiatives across the employee lifecycle ranging from recruitment and skills development to supporting organisational change programmes. As the People Partner, you’ll use data and insights to identify and implement targeted value add actions that address people issues within your business area and drive business performance. You’ll coach and support people managers with their engagement and experience plans to ensure the People Experience is continually being improved. You’ll build and maintain excellent relationships with various stakeholders, including centres of excellence, leaders and TU’s, developing an in-depth understanding of the business area you support. Who you are We’re looking for somebody with excellent relationship building skills with a reputation for integrity, evoking trust and openness in senior leadership, colleagues and team members alike. Your behaviours and approach are key to success You will have an outcome-based approach to HR, and you’ll focus on the human/people side, always thinking of the impact of your approach on the overall employee experience.
