Vehicle Merchandising Executive - Rugby Area
Salary: £17, per annum
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team!
The role is an important position ensuring that vehicle documents are all present and scanned into the system accurately, ensuring all the information is there and help to sell the vehicle quickly and professionally.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am to 3pm
30 Hours Per Week / 6 Hours Per Day Working Pattern:
Salary: £17,.00 per annum
The Sales Administrator will carry out the following:
1. Ensuring all vehicle documents are present and correct for each vehicle
2. Scanning the vehicle documents into the system
3. Producing a documents folder for each vehicle
4. Putting the vehicle documents into the vehicles folder and ensuring that is put into the vehicle
5. Carrying out other admin duties as required
The Person:
6. Attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues
7. Work to tight deadlines
8. Driven and able to work independently and well within a team environment
9. Can work under pressure
10. Experience working in the motor trade is not compulsory
