Due to the company’s success, my client is currently looking to expand their Customer Resolutions team with full time Executives. The team is extremely friendly, hardworking and they all have a genuine passion for helping their customers by providing outstanding customer care, so someone with this work ethic and attitude would fit in perfectly.
The role involves speaking to many different customers every day, dealing with a variety of challenging situations and queries. The Customer Relations team deals with after-sales queries and complaints; it’s a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding part of the business to be in. To be part of this team, you will need a positive, pro-active and professional yet empathetic nature.
You would be the first point of contact for customers (after-sales) and you will be ensuring the highest standards are met at all times. The ability to multi-task is definitely needed, as you will be using various systems and liaising between different people to come to the best resolutions for the customer and the business. It would be extremely advantageous that you are IT savvy and confident in picking up new systems and skills quickly.
