We are seeking a skilled Regional Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hotels. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all cashiers receive comprehensive training to meet industry standards.
The ideal candidate will identify talented individuals and develop a personalized growth plan to enhance their skills and contribute to the company's success.
To ensure seamless hotel operations, the successful candidate will facilitate holiday coverage arrangements for each location.
Financial Performance Review
A critical part of this position involves reviewing each hotel's profit and loss statement prior to finalizing with French Duncan.
This includes participating in regular calls to discuss account discrepancies and anomalies.
Compensation Package: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
