The Governors are looking to appoint a temporary caring, patient, and motivated Learning Assistant to provide support for a child with additional needs.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in working with children with special educational needs including behavioural and emotional needs.
You will be expected to have good communication skills and empathy with all children. We are looking for applicants who are:

•Have good literacy and numeracy skills
•Are flexible
•Support the inclusive ethos of our school
•Have the ability to demonstrate initiative and good time management skills.
This post is temporary subject to SEN funding linked to a child and will cease when the funding ceases or the support is no longer required.
