The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently searching for a motor trade experienced Service Advisor to join a family-owned dealership group based around the outskirts of Horsham.
Refreshingly, this is also a Monday to Friday opportunity.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of service requests, customer interactions, and service history.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all service operations.
Assist in promoting and upselling additional services or products to customers as appropriate.
Package:
Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 [depending on experience] + Bonus.
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 5:00pm]
