Job Description:
Due to rapid growth, OCU Group has an opportunity for a Fleet Administration Manager to join the Plant & Transport department in our Manchester office. Currently, the team takes care of over 2500 vehicles, with numbers rapidly increasing. We are looking for someone with a history of administration management at a good level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Day to day management of a busy Fleet team.
* Managing the team to keep all systems up to date.
* Producing management information in line with KPI’s.
* Managing on and off hires.
* Producing weekly fuel reports and ensuring fuel is assigned to contracts correctly.
* Ensuring induction and driver training completed.
* Keeping all telemetry systems up to date and accurate as necessary.
* Providing support to other members of the team on an ad hoc basis.
Skills/Experience:
* A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
* A responsive approach to email and phone communications.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Strong experience in a similar role.
