The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment team have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator who will be the ‘front door’ of the integrated Salford service – providing high quality customer service to Salford residents and stakeholders and will deliver effective administrative support and ensure contract compliance of paperwork in respect of the Salford IAG and Employer Brokerage service.

Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health and debt.
Key Responsibilities:
Take telephone, email and digital referrals and enquiries, ensuring attention to detail and ensure confidentiality and professionalism are kept at all times.
Triage referrals and queries (in line with process) to the relevant support or advisor or service.
Booking of initial appointments into employment and training advisors diaries.
Escalating any complex referrals (outside of process) to team manager for assistance with triage.
Maintain knowledge on contract changes to KPIs and inform providers.
Work alongside colleagues to ensure compliance with procedures and to ensure that caseloads are managed effectively.
Produce management information on a weekly and monthly basis.
Assist with marketing and communication to wider partners and participants to support the Employer Brokerage service with employment promotions.
To communicate information in both a professional and informal manner to the general public, including vacancies to support the Employer Brokerage service.
Willingness to attend job fairs and events to support the wider team.
About you:
Experience working in an environment where we have customers with multiple barriers (offenders, disabled people etc) to progression and employment can be an advantage.
Commitment to complete any relevant training inline with the role.
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
Knowledge of administrative systems.
A warm, approachable style to delivery is required in order to build relationships and rapport.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with customers.
Must have good IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft packages including excel, word and power point and understanding of computerised management information systems, diary management and email.
Ability to work to challenging targets and key performance indicators.
Flexible approach to work including willingness to travel.
The ability to work under pressure in a highly performance driven environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to undertake training as required.
