About the role In this exciting new role working within our central HR function you will contribute to the development of our HR analytics strategies, workforce planning and HR projects. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering a suite of regular reports providing insightful workforce data analysis. You will work with stakeholders across our People Team, our central Data Team and collaboratively across departments to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful data is available for organisational planning and improvement initiatives. Your key areas of responsibility will encompass: Data Integrity and Reporting Stakeholder Collaboration Advance Analytics and Insight Project Support and Development Workforce Planning and Decision Support Data, Reporting and Analytics Technical Expertise About you Youll be an experienced Data Analyst with a strong track record of data analysis and management reporting within a complex organisational environment, ideally within a People Function. You will have a strong attention to detail and be highly skilled at extracting, manipulating, interpreting and providing context to large data sets from a variety of sources. You will be a great communicator with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences. You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, for example Power BI and SQL. You will also have experience of working with large HR systems and have proven ability to design, create, maintain and develop HR and workforce reporting.
