NET Recruit are partnering with a financial services business, to search the market for an Interim Business Support Administrator in the Southampton area. This role is expected to be for a period of 4 weeks but could be made permanent. Your Role While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to: Entering valuable data from source formats into Excel documents Loading instructions from SalesLogix collections platform Retrieving and filing paperwork as required Ad-hoc support on other duties as deemed necessary You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Applicants should be educated to GCSE level and would ideally also hold a professional qualification, although this isn't essential Applicants should have a strong administration background Excellent communication skills Fantastic IT proficiency - particularly with Microsoft Office and Sage or other accounting systems IMPORTANT: All applicants must be immediately available to be considered. The position holder will be providing temporary administration support with a view that this could become a permanent role, although this isn't guaranteed.
