Chapman Tate Associates is partnering with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Dudley to find a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer.
As a key member of the support team, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Offer 2nd line support for diverse IT problems.
* Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments.
* Assist with networking tasks, including configuration and maintenance.
* Collaborate with the 1st line support team to ensure seamless issue resolution.
* Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in 2nd line support and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key qualifications include experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory, as well as basic networking knowledge.
