Thriving Nottingham is an Integrated Wellbeing Service which has been supporting local residents, since April 2024, with Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Physical Activity, Child and Family programmes and Health Coaching. Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths. A typical day as a Triage and Support officer might include : Use a variety of systems and approaches to ensure clients get the best, positive and client-centred approach when supporting them through our onboarding process. • To offer guidance and support to clients both on the phone and in written format to ensure they are best aligned to the most appropriate health intervention offer for them and their needs. (Training will be provided if successful). • To contact clients daily who wish to start their journey with us, being a friendly, warm and empathic voice that represents our service positively and to correctly record their information on our bespoke systems accurately and timely. • To respond to requests for information from clients, partner organisations and the public. • Taking responsibility for your own training and development, that way we can make the biggest impact Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance.
