We are currently recruiting for a Pre-Distribution Co-Ordinator to join our Bathgate site. The Pre-Distribution Co-Ordinator plays a critical role in ensuring shipments are handled in a timely manner to ensure shipments are delivered on time.
The Role:
* Assist in daily order processing activities
* Coordinate and dispatch shipments of clinical trial material to clinical sites.
* Use ERP JD Edwards system, generate shipping pick slips based on shipment requests received.
* Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a GMP setting.
* Problem solving for order processing.
* Maintain personnel documents such as Job Descriptions, Training Curriculums, CV’s, Time off tracking.
* Assist in training new team members.
* Maintain the Distribution Summary Protocol/Checklist as requested by the client with appropriate approvals.
* Ensuring that Study Drug is shipped in compliance with all applicable SOPs and in accordance with the customer approved study specific Distribution Summary Protocol/Checklist.
The Candidate:
* Strong computer skills are required – (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems/programs).
* Pre - Distribution and Logistics experience is preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in cGMP preferred.
* Knowledge of exporting clinical trial materials is preferred.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is required.
* Experience in JD Edwards and One Source systems advantageous.
