We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and loves keeping things safe, tidy, and in tip-top shape. As part of our friendly Site Team, you’ll be a key part of ensuring our school is a great place for students, staff, and visitors every day.
As a Site Supervisor at Tarleton Academy, you’ll:
1. Keep the school site secure and ensure everyone feels safe.
2. Help maintain a high standard across the school, making it a great place to learn and work.
3. Support the Site Manager with compliance checks and keeping us on top of health and safety requirements.
4. Take care of minor repairs and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
5. Work with contractors on larger jobs and projects.
6. Lend a hand setting up for school events and activities.
7. Take part in training and development to build your skills.
You don’t need to tick every box, but we’d love to hear from you if you:
1. Have experience in site or facilities management (or a similar role).
2. Have an understanding of health and safety and are keen to learn.
3. Enjoy problem-solving and can work both on your own and as part of a team.
4. Are proactive, flexible, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
5. Care about creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

This position is full time, permanent and all year round. 37 hours per week. Working Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm & Friday 10am to 5:30pm.
26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
