Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (Male)
Pay Rate: £13.42 - £13.58 per hour
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday-Wednesday 9:00am – 2:30pm, Thursday 9:00am – 1:30pm
Smart Education is currently recruiting for two qualified SEN Teaching Assistants to work with students in Birmingham. This role involves supporting young people with autism, ADHD, complex needs, and functional skills. Note: personal hygiene support is not required for this role, as it will be handled by other staff.

Job Requirements for this SEN Teaching Assistant role in Birmingham:
Minimum of two years’ experience in a school or college setting
Relevant qualifications in Special Education or related field
Experience working with SEN students, ideally aged 14-25
Ability to adapt to the unique needs of students and provide meaningful support
Reliability, positivity, and a commitment to enhancing the learning environment
