Job Description
This exciting role would see you manage extensive interactions with a variety of functions worldwide within Bosch and external customers, with the opportunity to build a large network and a solid understanding of processes and interactions within the order-to-cash process. You will be:
Responsible for the order management activities of your customers, including:
* Processing of purchase orders, schedules and logistics complaints
* Price entry and maintenance of the price database
* Ensuring alignment of Customer Master Data
* Investigation and resolution of any issues for external and internal stakeholders
* Clarifying accounting issues where relating to logistics
* Monitoring supply problems and supporting Bosch production plants with supply disputes
Leading change management for your customers by:
* Supporting new supply setup and relocations with expert advice and systems & process implementation
* Leading feasibility analysis, requirements development and deployment for technical or commercial process changes (EDI, labelling, customs etc.) through effective liaison with sales teams, plants, internal experts and customers, with specific attention to agreed contractual liabilities
Supporting the order-to-cash process by:
* Ensuring documentation and understanding of specific customer procedures across Bosch production facilities
* Supporting projects along the entire supply chain - production plants to end customer - with the aim of process optimisation in order to provide effective service to customers
* Continuously review and improve processes with regards to services to Bosch internal departments
* Working cross-functionally and sharing best practices in order to increase awareness of processes & innovations, and achieve a Bosch joined up approach
You will build, maintain and enhance successful relationships directly with:
* External customers
* Worldwide Bosch production sites
* Bosch sales teams
* Bosch central departments, including but not limited to IT, EDI, packaging, supply chain excellence teams
The role is computer based with extensive use of SAP. It requires a strong interest in ERP systems and willingness to delve deeply into technical SAP logic and parameters as well as other systems.
Qualifications
Essential:
* Understanding of logistic supply chain/ basic planning processes (Order-Production-delivery)
* Excellent Communication and organisational Skills (Customer Service Skills)
* Analytical, data driven, and process orientated
* An organised, collaborative and resilient individual who has the ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
* An enthusiastic individual in resolving problems and identifying business improvements and being tenacious in their realisation
* Results driven individual, who is customer-orientated and can maintain a positive mindset amidst a changing and ambitious environment
* Good command of English spoken & written
Desirable:
* Interest in ERP systems
* SAP knowledge
* Prior experience at Bosch
* Knowledge of the SCC function and processes

This is a fixed term role until 30.09.2026.
Please note that you must have the pre-existing right to live and work in the UK at the start date of the role which is likely to be February 2025.
