IMMEDIATE START CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR
TEMPORARY CONTRACT – 8-WEEKS
EXETER
I am working with a client looking to fill a Customer Services Advisor temporary vacancy. The position requires an immediate start, with an expected contract length of 8-weeks (possibility to extend further)
Customer Service Role:
This position is working within a car dealership and will be a combination of Customer Services and Administration duties:
1. Helping to check customers in / drop-off their vehicle to the car dealership
2. Take incoming customer inquiries via telephone, walk-in, and email.
3. To handle customers in a professional, courteous and polite manner
4. To make out-bound calls to customers with vehicle updates
5. To assist with general Administration duties (i.e. paper work filing, producing job packs for customer arrival etc)
Skills required:
Someone from ideally a Customer Services background, who is use to dealing with customers via the telephone and face-to-face
Excellent communication skills
You must be PC literate
Self-motivated and able to work using your initiative
Strong Administration experience (organised, efficient etc)
Temporary Contract:
Duration: 8-weeks, with possible extension
Start date: ASAP / week commencing 6th September
Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch) 40-hours per week
Pay Rate: £9.50 – £10.00 per hour
