This Event strategy and planning role will include:
* Executing an established events strategy that is aligned with our client’s global commercial and brand objectives.
* Executing an events process that maximizes ROI from events (hosted or attended) through appropriate planning, budgeting, targeting, logistics, and follow-up.
* Attending and managing events on the day, where required, to ensure they run smoothly.
* Updating and maintaining the global event calendar and planner.
* Creating and communicating event production schedules and run-of-show documents to coordinate activities effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
* Developing new event concepts, agendas, and timelines that enhance the attendee experience and meet strategic priorities.
The successful candidate will have at least 6+ years relevant experience in marketing and events, specifically corporate events, and will be proficient in the relevant systems.
