Key Responsibilities

Project management and contract administration of high-value commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, ranging in value from £50K to £20M
*
Delivery of core building surveying services, including acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, and project monitoring
*
Preparation and negotiation of schedules of dilapidations on behalf of both landlords and tenants
*
Engaging with a varied portfolio of clients, including corporate occupiers, SMEs, investors, and landlords
*
Contributing to business growth initiatives, including new business development, client pitches, industry networking, and professional representation

Essential Requirements

MRICS qualification with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience

Previous experience within a commercial building consultancy environment
*
Proven capability in contract administration, cost control, and understanding of the Law of Dilapidations
*
Working knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts
